Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The cost for this event is included in the registration fee.
Conference Dinner
Friday 22nd June 19.30 – Midnight
(coaches depart from outside the EICC at 19.00)
Dynamic Earth, 112-116 Holyrood Road, Edinburgh, EH8 8AS
The conference dinner will be held at Dynamic Earth on Friday evening. This will be a fun filled evening with food, drink and entertainment.
The evening will start with a pre-dinner drinks reception, followed by dinner and dancing. Tickets cost £50.00 and must have been pre-booked at the time of registration. Should you wish to attend and have not purchased a ticket please speak to the staff at the registration desk.
Shuttle Coaches will depart from the EICC at 19.00 sharp from outside the front of the EICC so please be outside the EICC from 18.50 to embark. Return shuttle coaches will also be available at different times throughout the night from Dynamic Earth to the EICC and announcements will be made at the event prior to each departure.

Things to do in Edinburgh
Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital is a truly beautiful, compact and safe city, ideal for exploring on foot. It is a vibrant, modern and dynamic city bustling with life and enterprise.
As a World Heritage site, it is famous for its Castle perched on a volcanic rock just a few minutes walk from where the conference will be held. There is also a plethora of stunning architecture and wonderful galleries, museums and theatres.
Edinburgh is a centre for tourism in south east Scotland with excellent bus and train connections to other towns and tourist locations, and many organised tours are available.
